JesusVR World Tour
Website Terms
Last updated: August 12, 2026
Approval notice: These terms describe use of the current website. They are not a legal certification and remain subject to business-owner and legal-counsel review before paid bookings or a major campaign launch.
Using this website
By using jesusvrtour.com, you agree to these Website Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit a form. “JesusVR,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator of the JesusVR World Tour website and church activation offering. The exact legal operator name, postal address, and governing law still require owner confirmation and legal review.
Informational content
The website describes JesusVR, a planned touring church activation offering, and shows owner-supplied presentation history. Content is general information and may change. Tour stops marked “announced soon,” proposed resources, activation formats, deployment locations, availability, and other forward-looking statements are not promises or confirmed events unless they appear in a separately verified event announcement.
We work to keep information useful and accurate, but do not warrant that every page is complete, current, or free from errors. Contact JesusVR to verify any information that matters to your event or organization.
Inquiries, events, and bookings
A form submission, email, conversation, tentative date, proposal, or listing does not create a confirmed booking, partnership, sponsorship, donation, ticket, or event. A booking becomes binding only through a separate written agreement accepted by authorized parties, together with any required payment and event terms.
Bookings, cancellations, refunds, insurance, waivers, participant requirements, equipment, staffing, venue obligations, content permissions, and accessibility arrangements must be addressed in the applicable written agreement. Do not advertise JesusVR as confirmed at a venue until both parties have authorized the announcement.
Information you submit
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you submit. Do not send confidential, medical, payment-card, government-identification, or other sensitive information through the general inquiry forms. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property and media
The JesusVR name, website design, text, graphics, logos, photographs, video, maps, software, and other materials are owned by JesusVR or their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable laws. You may view and share links to public pages for lawful, noncommercial purposes. You may not copy, publish, sell, alter, scrape, frame, create derivative works from, or use site materials in advertising without written permission from the applicable rights holder.
References to churches, cities, venues, platforms, and third-party marks do not imply endorsement unless a verified partnership is expressly stated. Rights to site media, participant likenesses, testimonials, and historical activation claims must be confirmed by the owner before paid campaign use.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, interfere with availability, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or abusive material, harvest personal information, or use automated systems to overwhelm or abuse the forms.
External services
The site can link to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other third-party services. The trailer uses a click-to-load YouTube privacy-enhanced embed. Third-party services control their own content, availability, terms, and privacy practices. A link does not by itself mean JesusVR endorses every statement or service on the linked page.
Accessibility
JesusVR targets an accessible website experience and welcomes feedback. Read the Accessibility Statement for the current target, known limitations, and contact route. Website accessibility does not establish that every venue or VR activation format can meet every accommodation request. Available options and limitations must be discussed during event planning.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The website is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing on this site is medical, legal, financial, safety, or professional advice. Virtual reality can affect people differently. Hosts and participants should follow the safety, age, supervision, comfort, sanitation, and accessibility guidance supplied for a confirmed activation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, JesusVR is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of the public website or reliance on unconfirmed website information. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and governing terms
We may update the site and these terms. The date at the top shows the latest revision. The governing law, venue, legal operator, and notices address must be completed after owner and legal review. Separate signed agreements control over these public Website Terms for a booked activation.
Contact
Use the JesusVR contact form for questions about these terms. The legal operator name and notices address must be added after owner approval.
